A full flavoured Extra Mature Cheddar, which has been lovingly smoked over a combination of woods - Oak, Alder and Beechwood chippings using our own cold smoking facility.
 
This cheese is cold smoked to give it a rich, deep and natural smoke flavour and not to be confused with other manufacturers who use "smoke flavouring" and "colourings". No additives or preservatives except the natural smoke. Coated in a orange wax.
